PassedPics can and will, decline any content request that we deem inappropriate. The most common reasons for a content request decline are:

• Size or format issues

Commonly accepted formats are jpg, pdf, heic, tiff, bmp & png. Please verify your contents size and  format before sending your content request

• Poor image quality

PassedPic will be used to identify you. Because of its importance, only high quality images will be approved. We will decline content request that are blurred, unstable, pixelated, or because of general quality concerns.

• Attire

At PassedPics we're powered by love for humanity and we condemn abuse, racism & inequality.  With that said, please be mindful of what is printed on your clothing, as we will not allow offensive, vulgar, or profane pictures.

• Age restrictions

Everyone can and should open a Passedpics account. Those who are under the age of 18 may not share or redeem a Passed Key. As part of your celebration of life and part of your introduction into adulthood, we recommend activating your Passed Key on your 18th birthday.

• PassedPics discretion

We reserve the right to deny any content request based on the parameters above and for other reasons not specified here.
