Appoint Your Donee
Appointing your Donee(s) is one of the most important steps in this journey. It's so important that you may appoint two if you wish. You may appoint any adult as your Donee(s) to grant them the ability to unlock your Passed Pic. In every circumstance, we suggest communicating your expectations with your Donee(s) prior to appointing them.
Share Your Passed Key
After your content request is received, it will undergo a quality and ethics check*. Once approved, you'll receive communication and your Donee(s) will receive your encrypted Passed Key along with redemption instructions. Your Passed Key will remain encrypted until the time comes for your Donee(s) to redeem your Passed Key.
Redeem A Passed Key
When the time comes your appointed Donee may redeem your Passed Key on your behalf. Although some Donee(s) may instinctively know what to do with your Passed Key, its recommended to discuss your wishes with every Donee to ensure alignment.
