Anyone may open an account! PassedPics members must be 18 & older to send or receive Passed Keys. If someone under 18 attempts to activate or redeem a Passed Key, it will not be received until the appointers 18th birthday.

911 Access allows your Donee(s) to activate your Passed Key WITHOUT proof of death. If you elect 911 Access, there are scenarios in which you may be alive after your Passed Key has been activated. To initiate 911 Access your appointed Donee(s) must share an open missing persons case number, that was reported as missing by law enforcement, with us. Along with the phone number to the assisting police department via the 'Redeem A Passed Key' button. 

 A Passed Key may be redeemed if the appointer enabled "911 Access" when creating their account. To redeem a Passed Key in this scenario, there must be an open missing persons case that was reported as missing by law enforcement. The appointed Donee may share the missing persons case number with us, along with the phone number to the assisting police department via the 'Redeem A Passed Key' button. We will use the complete legal name provided on the appointer's account to verify. Once verified the Passed Key will be shared.

A Quash Request is a formal request to permanently deactivate your Passed Key. If a Quash Request is fulfilled your Passed Key will be deleted and unable to be recovered.

You may open a Quash Request on everyone's favorite website, PassedPics.com. You'll be alerted once the Passed Key is voided. Please note, if approved, your Quash Request does not include any form of refund or discount on future purchases.

We always aim for immediate approvals, yet its possible for an approval to take up to 48 hours. Once a content request is approved the submitter will receive communication from us. and the Donee(s) will receive a Passed Key. If the content request was declined, after the time came for the account holder - NO ONE would receive the Passed Key.

If your account has a second Donee, the second Donee will receive your Passed Key when the time comes.. If your account has one Donee, you may activate another Passed Key.

Although we do not pair Appointers & Donees, our agenda at PassedPics is for everyone who's interested to own an account. We recommend spending time on EACH of our social media handles with your fellow PassedPics account holders to see how they handled similar situations.

We can, and will, decline content requests that do not meet our quality standards. If your content request has quality concerns we will alert you prior to declining the submission. We'll recommend the nessassary updates for an approval.

Customers may purchase up to 2 Passed Keys. Please keep your goal in mind. Sometimes more is more effective than less and sometimes less is more effective than more.
